Santa Clara, Calif. – April 23, 2026Upscale AI, Inc., a category-defining pure-play AI networking infrastructure company, announced a significant expansion of its leadership team to scale the company and execute on its roadmap. Now a unicorn with $300 million in funding, Upscale AI appointed Puneet Agarwal as CTO, Jason Ledgerwood as SVP of Systems Engineering & Operations, Sharada Yeluri as VP, ASIC, and Mohsen Moazami as Senior Advisor.

Agarwal is best known for co-founding Innovium with Rajiv Khemani, Executive Chairman of Upscale AI, and serving as Innovium’s CTO before it was acquired by Marvell in 2021. He then served as Vice President and CTO of Data Center at Marvell until 2024. Prior to Innovium and Marvell, he spent a decade at Broadcom working on the Tomahawk business.

Ledgerwood brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling procurement, manufacturing, and operations at leading technology companies. Prior to Upscale AI, he held senior positions at Cisco, Brocade, Flex, and Palo Alto Networks.

Yeluri most recently served as Associate VP of Engineering for Scale-up Fabrics at Astera Labs, leading rack-scale AI interconnect initiatives. Prior to that, she was Senior Director of Engineering at Juniper Networks. She is an avid technology blogger and is well-respected across the industry for her technical leadership and contributions.

Moazami adds more than three decades of leadership experience spanning Silicon Valley and international markets. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of DDN, was a member of the Office of the CEO and President of International at Groq, and spent more than a decade in leadership positions at Cisco.

Together, these appointments position Upscale AI to accelerate innovation and execution across next-generation AI and networking infrastructure.
